A Brief Introduction to VE Distributor Pump

VE pump is a high-pressure fuel injection pump with single plunger, and its structure is characterized by a set of fuel elements, quantitatively regularly supplying diesel fuel to each cylinder separately. VE pump is a closed entirety, which consists of pump assembly, governor, feed pump, supply oil advanced devices and other parts. VE injection pump has several advantages: compact structure; small size; light weight; high speed; good performance; operational reliability; multiple functions and convenient installation.
VE injection pumps produced by our VE pump production line can be used in separate combustion chamber diesel engines, diesel engine, supercharged direct-injection diesel engine, direct injection turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine. According to our customers’ needs, we can fit with whole, maximum-minimum and other speed governor. Various additional attachments can be customized, such as positive and negative torque correction device, partial load advance mechanism, pressure compensator, altitude-pressure compensator, cold-starting device, throttle position sensor, speed sensor etc.

1. Number of cylinders: 2, 3, 4, 6
2. Direction of rotation: Dextrorotatory and Levorotatory (judged from drive end or flange end)
3. Plunger diameter: 8mm~14mm (as per starter)
4. Cam lift: 1.8mm~3.3mm (as per starter)
5. The maximum of oil delivery: 140mm3/circulation
6. The maximum of pump outlet pressure: 95MPa
7. The maximum speed of revolution: 3000r/min( as per starter)
8. Governor: Mechanical centrifugal (VSG or Maximum-Minimum)
