How Does Regulating Valve Work
A regulating valve controls the pump chamber’s pressure. Regulating Valve consists of valve’s body, regulating piston, regulating spring, rose ring and block. Regulating valve is pressed by the fuel pressure and regulating spring force’s joint action. The rotating speed of distributor pump is different, the output of fuel pump is different, and the fuel pressure of pump chamber will change. As a force for regulating the fuel pressure exceeds the regulator piston spring, the regulating spring is compressed, and then piston moved, when the pressure reaches a certain value, regulating piston rose and then make bypass hole of regulating valve opened, one parts of fuel flows into the inlet of supply pump through bypass hole, Thus the pressure of pump chamber can be adjusted by changing pre-load of the regulating spring, the size of regulating valve force determines the size of the pressure of pump chamber.
How Does Oil Return Solenoid Valve Work
An oil return solenoid valve is an oil return screw with solenoid valve and consists of coil, solenoid spring and valve body. There are two rows back hole on the body, Upper row is four holes, bottom row is one hole, the overflow hole of oil-return solenoid valve will be closed and opened automatically by the engine cool off water temperature sensor, when cold start, oil return solenoid valve coil is turned on, the pump chamber pressure to improve the fuel supply advance angle, after starting, oil return solenoid valve circuit is disconnected, the valve return oil from the top and bottom two rows of five hole back into the oil tank or on the road, back to the oil becomes large, the pump chamber pressure drops, advance angle back into place.
