Fault phenomenon case: An Iveco Coach is in the process of driving, but it can’t restart after sudden stalling any longer.
Fault diagnosis: According to driver’s introduction, check whether the battery, starter, and the start line are normal. If the battery power is not enough, then place a battery in parallel to increase current power and try to restart the car. If the results show that the engine can't turn, the causes may be as follows:
Cause analysis:
1. The belt is off which causes the air valve to clog piston.
2. Stuck piston caused by broken piston ring.
3. The crankshaft is locked.
4. The loose piston pin and break cylinder cause sticking etc.

There are no maintenance means on the scene, thus the driver could only pull the car to the repair service for further judge.
Troubleshooting: Based on the above analysis, carry out further decomposition of judgment from outside to inside in simple and complex ways.
1. Open the timing belt cover and check whether it’s in good condition.
2. Remove the oil pan, the size of the tile and check if it’s in good condition.
3. Find piston fragments in the oil pan, check whether the two cylinder piston is rotten by further examination. Piston pin and connecting rod stuck in the cylinder causes this engine bad fault.
