Injection nozzle is one of precise couples of diesel engine fuel supply system. The normal working life is more than 1000 hours. But sometimes it just can be used for almost hundreds of hours or even dozens of hours because of improper use. The reasons can be:
A. The diesel is not clean. There are impurities in the high pressure tube, accelerating the fray of Nozzle needle valve couples, and they aren’t closed lax, high pressure gas in the combustion chamber channeling, burning out needle valve couples. More over, dirt on the injector pressure regulating spring, tappet, etc by injector follower moved to injector needle valve, or by cotton rope is used to prevent leakage of oil, galvanized iron wire through high pressure oil pipe into the injector, both can make the needle valve accidentally stuck.
B. Too high machine temperature. Poor fuel valve cooling makes the valve accidentally stuck. Too late delivery time, too much scale in cooling water channel or too much congestion, the end face of water pump impeller wear, motor overload for a long time etc also make the engine overheating.
C. Worn delivery valve maks fuel injection stop and appearing drip makes the nozzle burning coke or stuck fault.
D. Injection pressure is too low, which results in the combustion chamber high pressure gas channeling.
E. Fuel injector installation and gasket are neglected or destroyed, making air leakage and then injection nozzle stuck for local overheating.
F. Parts manufacturing reasons, such as fuel injector installation hole on cylinder head connected too tight with injector, too small installation hole clearance of needle valve and cylinder head, cylinder head injector mounting holes deeply processed etc.
